Indian Equities Pre Open Update

Indian equities are expected to open with flat notes amid mixed cues from the global markets.

Global Peers Update:Asian markets trading flat before the long holidays from major markets like China, Taiwan, Korea and Hong Kong due to Lunar festivity. U.S. stock futures were trading slightly higher with major benchmark averages declining during regular trade as the Fed’s Brainard noted the need to keep interest rates higher despite signs of slowing inflation.

Sectors to Watch: Selective Metal, Auto, Electronics and NBFC stocks likely to remain on focus during the day.
